Wasn't expecting much but caught in an indecisive mood following a morning trip to Spray so Meg could kick off her 2011 windsurfing account .... Seen lots of positive signs of wind filling in ....
Home for some lunch and planned beach raid .... Rich texting me to say Gaylord Mafia was on a 4.7m at Littlestone and knowing it would be 6-7m weather at Pevensey ..... Went for the budget option having been called by Jaylord SUP'r saying he was at Pevensey .... Just as well I did as my exhaust back box committed hari Kari couple miles down the road .... Quick lash up and head to closest beach was only option so decision made !!

Got to Pevensey, rigged the 5.7ICE and went for Nano 125 knowing what easterlies are like and anticipated the tide to turn and in doing so, turn on the downwind conveyor belt ....

Top choice, bit over powered at times, until the rest started to rock up and it eased off a touch to make my selection seem most prudent :)

Really good grooveriding session in the sunshine .... Had to force myself to go real broad to get back to beach, such was the upwind prowess of the Nano :)

Nice to see the regulars and cool to hear Spray had a busy afternoon too :)

Seasons starting at last !!!
